We had an emergency Saturday issue with our newly installed washer. Water leaked into our bathrooms. Vanguard came out and fixed everything with no issue or surprises. Left everything clean which I appreciated. Services were above and beyond, fixed our drainage system and found our above floor leak and fixed that issue as well. Thank you!

Quick, friendly and professional! From my initial phone call with Karen who listened, understood my issue and within the hourplumber’s Mike and Matthew were at my home. They gave an affordable estimate and were prepared to immediately do the work. Vanguard took care of my plumbing issue. Great job! And yes, I would 100% recommend them.

I called Vanguard and within 10 minutes Mike and Matt were at my house ready to help us with our cracked pipe! We had a slow draining tub and my husband tried to snake the drain, unfortunately when he did this it cracked the pipe. Mike and Matt were on the scene so quickly to fix the cracked pipe and snake the drain for us. I am very happy with the service we received! Will use them for any future issues we have (hopefully don’t need to!) but definitely recommend them.

Matt and Michael came to unclog our kitchen sink. They spent a lot of time removing a large grease clog and replaced our trap. They were knowledgeable, explained everything, made recommendations and were courteous and considerate of our house and appliances. They took great care in not making or leaving a mess. Thanks again.
