You’re not going to believe this I called Vanguard to get a second estimate. The first company that came said I needed a whole new heating system for upwards of $ 10,000. Jamie-,the owner of Vanguard, listened to me carefully and came right away. He told me even though my heater was very old, that it’s absolutely fine. The Pilot light was out!!!!! He has a customer for life now! I will refer him to everyone I know. Good old fashion business principles. Thanks Jamie – you are a life saver.

Vanguard Service came to our rescue for our boiler repair. The previous service we went with did a botched job that left us with more issues than we started with – our main steam line began to leak and burst. From the first call with the receptionist who was so helpful and informative over the phone. Then, Bevon and Jaime – came to our home with professionalism and respect. They arrived on time as they promised and completed all of the work in a day! The work they completed in just one day – I would have expected to be done in 2 but these gentleman did a fantastic job. Our home will be toasty this winter and for future winters to come. Thank you so much!
