I have had Vanguard come out on a few different occasions when things have popped up. Each time they have been responsive and professional. Most recently Michael and Colin were here jetting my sewer line and they took the extra steps necessary to make sure that everything was working in tip top shape afterwards. I really appreciate their professional and detailed service and look forward to working with them again.Update: in the past 12 months Vanguard has come to save the day at least 3 times. Our house is old with old pipes that can’t handle the pressure of a modern family. Karen always gets us scheduled promptly, especially appreciated the time we had 65 people coming to our house with a clogged kitchen sink, they came that day! Michael who services our house, is so thorough and kind. Comes in with solutions and works quickly and cleanly. Highly recommend!
