Explained all the possibilities in detail but didn’t try to do anything to just run up a bill. He is a credit to his profession. And he is also engaging with his customers while he was working. My pilot light on my water heater would not come on. Vanguard was very responsive. I called Vanguard around 6am and by 9am someone was here to access the problem. My water heater was around 13 years old and he explained the likelihood of the water heater needing to be replaced was very high. He explained what could happen if the water heater began to leak and since we just recently finished our basement, that was not a problem that we needed. He explained our options and ultimately was able to install a brand new water heater. He was very efficient and the job was completed in about an hour. Now we have a piece of mind. Im sorry I don’t remember the technicians name but I’m sure no matter who arrives, they will be great. Thanks again Vanguard for your service.

I recently called Vanguard to do a video inspection of my main sewer lateral. Michael and Jamie showed up on time, and were pleasant and knowledgeable. Jamie and Michael identified potential causes of the issues I was having (constant back ups) and offered honest solutions. I will no doubt be calling them from now on, with any other issue that may arise with my old house.
